- IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
- Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $350 for 1st pet, plus $250 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
- Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
- Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
- Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: Nabro Furnished Housing is not liable for towing fees.
- Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.
- Utilities: Rent covers $150 for a 3-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Conserve to reduce impact; actual costs may vary based on circumstances and rates.

Access: Locations are conveniently located to great highway transportation, including Highways 114 and 183, I-35E, and I-635 also service the area.
Groceries Las Colinas Plaza and the Shops at MacArthur Hills, along with O’Connor Ridge, Tom Thumb, Krogers, and Whole Foods nearby.
Restaurants include: the 54th Street Restaurant Drafthouse, the Fish City Grill, Pacific Table, Hugo's Invitado, and the Toyota Music Factory restaurant strip. The strip will also give you plenty of entertainment options. Plus, there is the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema.
