I stayed at this location for 3 weeks with my family for Christmas, it was the most peaceful & relaxing place I have ever stayed at! I loved the location it was restaurants all around and easy access to major highways. My husband and I stayed in this AirBnb for almost 6 months while we looked for a house here in Dallas. The team at Nabro are such a pleasure to work with. They are excellent, excellent communicators - very quick to respond with any issues. Maintenance requests ( light bulbs that went out, replacing refrigerator and A/C filters), were handled by the next day. They made stay extensions very easy to quickly enact as well. The apartment itself is fantastic.

Our 3 month stay at the Axis 110 was wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say about the Nabro team. Elizabeth made the initial process a breeze, Jesse was alway there to help with anything I needed, and Rick went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. This is a nicely furnished condo that is very pleasant and comfortable to stay in. The bedrooms are fairly small, but they have plenty of drawers and closet space. I really liked the open-concept kitchen/dining area/living room and the expansive marble countertop with two bar stools and room for serving food to guests buffet-style.

Wonderful hosts, clean and nicely appointed apartment. My husband was recuperating from an organ transplant and the location was perfect—only 30 mins to the medical center in downtown Dallas. Multiple routes to get to Dallas, so never needed to be stuck in traffic. In terms of accessibility, this apartment was perfect for our needs.

Great location near H-E-B and a short drive to the highways but nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Rick’s place is modern and clean. The beds are easy to get a good night sleep in. The kitchen and baths are well equipped. The patio overlooks a picturesque wilderness where you’ll frequently spot deer. The garage is spacious. It’s a really great place to stay in San Antonio!

We recently moved from WA State and stayed 2 months. Jesse welcomed us when we pulled in after 5 days travel, and answered all of our questions any time of the day! Rick's place is a nice place to stay in. I was looking for an extended stay for work and this just fit right in. It's a little pricey but it also has everything you need to be comfortable and the location is close to a lot of stores. It's a gated community which adds a bit more security. Communication with the property staff was very prompt so A+ for that! Overall, a good place to stay in.

First of all, we’re so appreciative to have happened across Nabro Holdings in San Antonio Texas! The ability to rent for less than six months was most beneficial for us...and we're eternally grateful for having been allowed to extend our stay for another couple of weeks! The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The fact that everything was included and that we weren’t faced with setting up utilities and finding temporary furnishings was more than we’d hoped for. The valet trash service five days a week was also quite nice! Elizabeth Hodges went above and beyond to find a little quieter apartment complex for us as seniors. The icing on that cake is that she was able to get us a ground floor unit for which we could park adjacent to the patio of our unit, which helped immensely in that we could set shopping bags, suitcases and such on the patio, instead of carrying around to the front door or up and down stairs! I can't thank our concierge, Myrna Martinez, enough! The few times that we reached out to her, she was very quick to respond, to reach out to maintenance or just stop by to pick up each month’s payment. If we ever have the need for such accommodations in our future, we'll definitely be in touch with Rick's team at Nabro Holdings, LLC!

We stayed here while waiting to close on our house. It was very nice! Extremely spacious corner apartment. GREAT location, close to nail salons, restaurants, etc. You don't have to leave The Rim, everything is right there! The "trash valet" was really convenient for us. Just put the trash outside of your door every evening and they pick it up for you! We would recommend friends and family to stay here when visiting the area.

We have stayed there for one month.. The The apartment is in a gated community, it’s quiet and safe, close to Walmart and other groceries. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything for cook. Rick’s team is responsive and helpful. When we asked the glasses of vine and kettle, they bought the new one very soon for us . There is a lake park in a walking distance. We often took a walk there. Highly recommended to the family with their pet.

Everyone involved in my stay was very helpful. If there was a problem, it would get fixed right away. Communication was very good and I always got responses almost right away. Do be aware that the neighbors can be loud, but that's the case for most apartments. The area is very safe and there are a lot of stores and shops nearby.

This place was a little hidden gem in Irving. It was small, but definitely got the job done. I stayed here with my fiancé and our two dogs while we waited for our home to be built. The property manager was prompt when it came to any of our needs and kept us in the loop about any scheduled maintenance. The property itself was quiet, well furnished and safe. 10 out of 10 would recommend and stay here again if needed!

The apartment was very spacious and the amenities were great! There were also multiple events offered such as a happy hour, ice cream, and a food truck. The location was also great. It is super close to the 75 and close to a wide variety of restaurants. There are also some restaurants within walking distance. If you are sensitive to sound, the apartment faces the DART station (public train transportation) and you can hear the platform announcements as well as the train late at night and early in the morning. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

My family and I were looking for an in between stay before our military move to North Carolina. We stayed at this unit for 6 weeks and it was AMAZING!! Beautiful home and pet friendly! Not to mention the pool right next door! Plus we made lots of great friends around the neighborhood. Everyone in the community was so welcoming! They also worked with us during checkout after our flight kept getting delayed.. honestly this was the best place I’ve stayed at in a long time. My husband is hard to please and even he was in love with the location and the home. Definitely recommend, completely worth the price too!

Great place and location. The phenomenal communication from Rick and his team (especially Jesse) was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I booked the place, the team was quick with responding to my questions. They made sure to notified me of any issues (there was a pipe burst for the whole complex one weekend), but throughout the process they made sure to update us on the situation so I could plan accordingly. The place is just as pictured and more. It is fully equipped and furnished. I highly recommend this place & the TEAM that helps managed the place.

Updated furniture, and appliances. Such a better way to spend your time than at a hotel. You will feel at home, and like you can relax. The balcony was nice to sit and unwind after work. Grocery and food nearby, and only a short drive to the more active downtown area in either city. I commuted to North Ft. Worth every day and it was about a 20 minute drive if leaving around 7am. “5 star stay, it was just like it said just bring your bags. It had everything I needed to cook, multiple options for entertainment taking baths in a bathtub that I could actually fit in. It truly was a home away from home. Location was close to work in the medical district, a really easy commute. Shopping and food option near by literally right down the street. Great location!!! The gym and pool were both nice. Check in was super easy and very organized and my host was so easy to contact if I needed anything the response was right away. “Great renovated Airbnb! The place had all the essentials, plus washer and dryer, which was a great feature. Check in was very proficient and professional. The complex is gated which added to security. If you are a light sleeper or work early hours, the walls are thin. Unfortunately, I had a situation where the key pad malfunctioned and I was locked out of my Airbnb after coming home from a 13 hour shift as a nurse. Thankfully, the communication from host and managers was top notch! Rick and manager Jesse responded within 5 minutes. Rick dropped what he was doing and drove to Airbnb for handle the situation. He had a lock smith come due to not having an actual key for the place. Rick was very professional and caring and let me into the Airbnb next door while they took care of the phone calls. The changes Rick said that are going to be made are changing the key pad and making a key for the door, due to it being a safety issue. I recommend staying with any of Rick’s places! He’s an awesome superhost!”

We have been at this short term housing option for a little over two months now, have one month to go, but I’m writing a good review prematurely because they have been SO wonderful and exactly what we needed. If you are travel nursing in Texas, definitely look into a place with them. A local/smaller company that takes the time to care and make sure you’re comfortable. Cheryl, the property manager, was phenomenal with communication and getting kitchen materials for a long stay, meeting up to get mail, or other odds and ends. The option to hire a cleaner during our long stay was nice! Kitchen supplies are pretty limited for cooking but we were able to make do after purchasing a few things that we left. “My small family of three used this property as transitional housing while we looked for more permanent housing in the DFW area. We stayed for almost a month, so we got a good feel for the property and the few ways it could be enhanced. Overall, the unit featured nice updates in the kitchen and bathroom. The look and feel of the unit was modern and stylish. We appreciated the location, as it was walking distance to lovely parks, with six flags, AT&T stadium and more also incredibly close! The couch in the living room was not exceptionally comfortable, but it served it’s purpose. Both bedrooms and the living room had TVs with access to Roku and YouTube TV. Overall this was a great transitional housing option at one of the better prices I found. You will deal with a bit of street noise, but I think for the location, that is a minor detail. With Cheryl as our awesome point of contact, it was easy to get answers and help when we needed it. She was open and receptive to our feedback regarding the unit and our stay. I would recommend this property for longer stays.”

It is 15-20 mins from down town and 10 mins from the medical center. The proximity to the highway make travel around the city as easy as it can be. We used this apartment while looking for a permanent place to stay.when moving for work and ended up living in this part of the city because of our experience here. We have had the opportunity to rent a furnished home in San Antonio from Nabro Holdings on two occasions. The first was for an eight month lease, the second was for six months. The home was clean and tastefully decorated/furnished. Rarely would a concern come up, but if an item needed to be addressed the response to our reply was immediate and the repair was done in less than 24-48 hours. Rick and his staff are friendly a very approachable. We no longer have a need to rent a home, but if that was to change we would definitely reach out to Nabro Holdings to assist us.

Nabro Holdings offers fabulous accommodations - gated property, ample parking, pool, and plenty of grass to walk my dog. Rick place is very nice and comfortable, for short and for long time ,it is supper for family's, really quiet neighborhood, great playgrounds in walking distance, groceries and mall 7 min drive. When you at work your family easy can relax in swimming pool or have fun in the nearest arias. Host or his time response to any needs in the meter of minuets . Apartment are clean and fully equipped with all you need to stay (I was staying there with my family for 6 weeks, working) Will recommend this place. Thanks Rick to have us there. Rick was accommodating and very quick to answer any question or resolve an issue (of which there were next to zero, even for a 3 month stay.) The unit was perfect for an extended stay for our employee in training. With WiFi, Netflix, and a personal kitchen, this was a far more accommodating solution than a similarly priced extended stay hotel.

My roommate and I experience at this place was great. When we checked in, everything was nice and clean, the on-site manager was there to greet us with open arms. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed. When there was a problem/concern we had, the communication and turn around to get things done were fast. Comfortable and well decorated unit. While the unit itself is not new, the decor and furniture are very nice - clearly the owners have done a terrific job in renovating the unit. Location is very close to DFW, which is convenient if you are traveling frequently (which I was) - but you do get some airport noise. Small park is only around 1/2 mile away. Located very close to a lot of retail shopping and restaurants. Super quick and easy to get on 183 and travel to just about anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The property management was terrific - extremely responsive. Rick was quick to read and reply to texts, and on several occasions went out of his way to respond to small issues that came up over the 3 months I was here. Overall for the price, the room was a great value.

This apartment was above and beyond what the description states. The space was perfectly equipped and convenient for us from day one. I had a late arrival and Rick came to the property on a Sunday at 9 pm. It was not just a drop off but he walked me through the entire place , explained the access , and even changed the kitchen table . The space is very clean, equipped with anything you can imagine, and all new linens. From the new flat screens to the great kitchen supplies, it truly made our stay feel like we were at home. I would recommend this place and especially this host for any listing he has. No complaints at all in our 2 month stay!

stayed at this apartment for 12 weeks while I was interning in Dallas over the summer. I had originally contacted Rick about a different listing he had, but since that one had already been booked for my dates, he directed me towards this listing instead. While the pictures do provide a pretty accurate view of the apartment, I would say that it looks even better in person. Not only was the unit very clean when we arrived, but it was also tastefully decorated and appears to have been recently renovated to upgrade the appliances and furniture. I would definitely recommend him as a host and stay with him again if I was looking for another long-term rental in the Dallas area.

We were the first guests in this apartment. Its a small, cosy and newly remodeled apartment with a balcony. It is more suitable for a couple without kids. It had almost everything we needed during our 50 days stay. Location is great too. Mat (property manager) is very supportive and friendly. Rick cares sincerely for his guests and goes an extra mile to ensure all the issues are resolved. We had our share of challenges but Rick was always prompt in addressing the problems. From our first conversation Rick was always very accommodating and understanding, he supported our concerns and made our stay pleasant. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rick is very helpful and super accommodating. Matt, the property manager is very attentive and was super helpful during our stay. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Onsite covered parking, and extra spaces if you need them as well. Rick allowed our cats, which is unheard of for other places, the deposit for the animals was very very fair, and we felt very welcome with our animals, just a great experience with the pets. The pool was very nice, I spent many afternoons down there soaking my feet, its very quiet for the active neighborhood its in. Close to freeways and tons of shopping. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our extended stay, new everything in the condo. A great value for the money.

My wife and I were dealing with some family stuff in Dallas and chose to stay in Rick's apartment. The experience was great throughout my stay from checking in till check out. Rick is very responsive and responsible for the request from the tenant. The apartment is really nice. It is near Skillman but I did not have to worry about noise from the road as it is away from the street and the apartment is facing the water view. The surrounding of the apartment is upgrading. When I recalled the three months there, everything is so great that it is not easy to say goodbye to the apartment and the host. My family and I really appreciated the experience and three month stay in Rick apartment.
